How to get help
Email us at contact@servimaster.app — we reply within 1–2 business days. Tell us briefly what happened and, if you can, attach a screenshot.
Frequently asked questions
- New account: create one right in the app with email and password, or with Google/Apple.
- Forgot your password or can't sign in? Email us at the address above and we'll help.
- Deleting your account: in the app → Profile → Delete account. Your account and data are permanently deleted. If you have a subscription, cancel it separately in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Language: Profile → Language (Română / Русский / English).
