Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

FieldMaster is an app for trades teams (plumbers, electricians, HVAC) in Romania and the Republic of Moldova. The data controller is the FieldMaster team, contact: contact@fieldmaster.app.

2. What data we collect

• Waitlist: email address, chosen language (RO/RU), UTM parameters and the URL you came from. We use these only to notify you when the beta opens.
• Account and organization (after launch): name, email, phone, team role, password (encrypted with bcrypt).
• Job data: clients (name, phone, address), schedules, estimates, descriptions and notes, photos uploaded by you or your technicians — strictly to run the app.
• Location (GPS): the on-map position of technicians while working, including in the background, strictly to coordinate trips and notify the customer that "the technician is on the way". You can turn location off at any time in your phone settings.
• Notifications (push): a device token (Firebase) used only to deliver the app's notifications to you.
• Technical data: IP address, browser agent, anonymous aggregated usage events (analytics).

3. Why we collect it

• To give you beta access and to communicate with you about the launch.
• To measure which channels bring the most interested tradespeople (UTM).
• To prevent abuse, spam and automated attacks.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell or rent your data. We process it with infrastructure providers (hosting Hetzner in the EU, transactional email, Firebase push notifications) — all GDPR-compliant. We do not share it with advertising networks.

5. How long we keep it

We keep waitlist addresses until launch plus 12 months, or until you ask us to delete them. Account data — for the lifetime of the account plus 30 days after closure.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

• To access your data.
• To correct or delete it.
• To unsubscribe from communications (link in every email).
• To file a complaint with ANSPDCP (RO) or the National Center for Personal Data Protection (MD).

7. Cookies

We always use strictly necessary technical cookies (session, language preference). We do not use advertising trackers.

For usage statistics we use Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica. These use cookies and are activated only with your consent (the cookie banner). You can decline and the site works the same. You can change your choice by clearing cookies in your browser.

8. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above. We will announce substantial changes by email to those on the waitlist or with an active account.
